Ok i'm currently doing a 'special duties' quest for the Morga Tong which involves going to see a guy called Carecalmo and talking to him about how he and his fellow Mehrunes Dagon cultists are sheltering Dark Brotherhood operatives and how they should stop doing it 'or else'.

Eno has told me that this individual can be found in Ashalminilkala which is a "...Daedric ruin on an island on the west cost of Vvardenfell..." to get there he told me the following -

"Go to Hla Oad and head on the road north until you reach the stronghold of Hlormaren. When you do, head west to the cost and then south until you see bridges leading to an island. Ashalmimlkala is on that island."

Now i have found my self at a deadric ruin / shrine calles Ashurnibibi where i've killed a few orks and fire atronachs and explored the shrine but have found nothing. I know this isn't the place but i'm stumped to know where to go.

As i said this shrine (i'm currently at) is the closest ruin to hla Oad just a little to NW over the water (you can see it on the map). Should i have investigated the islands north of where i am currently?

I've used the search facility but no one seems to have mentioned the place i want to get to (Ashalminilkala).

Hmmm... i'll have a look south east of Ashurnibibi's entrance portal / door but i'm sure the ruins back right up on to the coast... i can't see what you mean about two shrines on the map it simply looks like a ruined domed building to me :( (i hope we're talking about the same island).
