Last patch? really? Damn i've still got graphical glitches whihc no patch, driver or DX update fixes:(

the patch is patched:

1.16 featured a major bug that has been fixed in the 1.16a patch

Does this have the same save issues 1.15 did? I updated to 1.15 after having played for a while, only to find out that some bugs apparently persisted within my save files, requiring me to start a new game after finding this out. Will I need to do the same thing when I install 1.16, or does it update the saves as well?
