I know both EBGames and Amazon have Arx available to purchase, and I'm sure it could be bought elsewhere as well.

I picked it up at EB last night for $40.00. Installed it. Hopefully, I'll be able to get started today. I haven't played with the options yet, but I'm not given the option to enable EAX, maybe I need new drivers.

As a side note, I'd recommend reserving a copy of the game at the store you prefer to buy it at.
The copy I purchased was one of the last four availble - the store had already sold several dozens before noon!!! :wot: :wot: :wot:

BTW - the demo does NO justice to how the REAL game is. One word: FANTASTIC.
Runs smooth on my machine - and NO bugs (that I've found).
