hmmm win2k not good for games ????
amazingly im running win2k+sp2 with approx 21 games installed & they all
run perfectly including some old dos games....uw1 & 2
amd 1.2 gf3 ti200 512mb ram.... nvidia 30.82 drivers
& i have 10gb oracle db running on it at all times......
btw ultima9 & theif1&2 work as well....
so please don't generalize about systems unless you run them......:)

so please don't generalize about systems unless you run them......:) Yeah, you're right I generalize too much. But it is a fact that I've had more problems (although not that many problems) with games under Win2K that under any other M$ OSes.
For example System Shock 2 (one of the best games in the world) does not even install under Win2K (I've tried 3 different PCs).
About the graphic bugs in Arx with my friend's PC, he just e-mailed me to tell me that he found what was wrong with his config and now Arx works fine.
