Heyho everyone,

after our lengthy discussions about the design of the box, they go behind our backs and introduce two radically different designs. :mad: :D

personally I prefer the UK version, though I think the US version is more intriguing for those not familiar with Arx...

I'd still prefer the (http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45006) original lone hero in the original 'Digital Nightfall-format' (intense contrast, lotsa black)

maybe they'll release a poster of the lone hero with the 'collectors game-of-the-year edition' :thumb:

Looks like stupid marketing pressure. Anyway, the french box does feature the 'lone hero' on a beautiful black DVD case. (According to amazon.de, the german box also has the hero.)

English box cover is crap. Makes it look like some cheap fantasy rpg trying to get sales. Doesnt look as professional as the other 2. Tut tut.

Maybe it's just me, but personally I think that the US design is one of the coolest box art pieces I have ever seen. The US version will certainly be distinct from the other games around it on the shelves.

The US box is much better. The UK box practically screams out, "FANTASY GAME WITH WOMEN WHO HAVE BIG BREASTS" in bold letters all around the picture. Just my opinion though.

I though the box with the 'hands under rune' was the official US box-version now. (shown in the first post on this thread). Did they decide on 'lone-hero' again? I like the the 'hands' better, but I can care less what the box looks like once I have the game.
