yes, but you still have double click items in the game world to use them, such as doors and levers

"you DO can light a torch on the wall one by one ... by using the one in your inventory : use it (or press T), then left click on the torch icon, then light the torch on the wall, a fireplace..."
Ha... that sounds pretty neat.
I'm first going through Ultima Underworld now... so I'm really getting into the whole interactivity element now.

it's funny that you have to take the torch in your inventory first to light torch on the walls and it didn't work when you move a lighted torch 'in the world'

I could sever a leg with a bone hit (a critic one :) )

Ya, for a game that takes place underground (mostly, anyways, I'm assuming), those torches last a ridiculously short amount of time. They last what, 3 minutes? I'm not certain how long they'd last in real life, but I'd guess at least 30 minutes. I mean, how fun is the game going to be if you can't see anything? Hopefully they've thought this all through =).
I agree, the torches last waaaay to short of time. As well the bones are all too decayed. EVERY bone you use as a weapon should not break after 2 or 3 hits.
Can you control your own blocks with your weapon? I never noticed that in the game.

Hm. Only when I've made strength my primary attribute have bones broken so quickly. If I put most of my points into desterity, the bones break far less frequently.

Cause my main attribute is always DEX.
Besides, even if you had STR as your main att. it won't make you able to rip peoples arms off. So there is no reason why it should make someone break the bones faster. I could see if you were quicker, thus the DUR ran out faster.

I don't understand why you complain about the fragility of bones...
Try kicking with your tibia on a rock wall. If you kick as strongly as you would bash an enemy there's no doubt that your tibia will break in less than 3 tries.
In Arx, your bone-weapon breaks much faster when you miss your assault and hit the ground or a wall.
Anyway... You won't be using a bone as a wepon for too long, because you quickly find a dagger and then swords.

I can see it now clearly, people trying to beat the entire game with nothing as a weapon than a bone. Hm, let's call it "boneman" [0] style :-)
Cheers,
Tels
[0] According to "ironman" style, which means playingthe entire game (or each level, depending on ...) without saving/reloading at all.

Hm, let's call it "boneman" style :-) Well, there are some who want to play exclusively as a thief, others as mages, others as warriors... Now, this is a just new category... boneman... aka masochistic neanderthal man. :)
