I've seen Arx Fatalis on sale in Game in the UK as part of a triple pack with three RPGs in for 20 pounds ?IIRC. Can't remember the other games, but thought you might be interested to hear about this as an alternative to just buying Arx Fatalis. Might be a better deal in some shops.

Google suggests that the pack you saw would have comprised Arx, <a href="http://www.gonegold.com/gguide/archangel.shtml">Archangel</a>, and <a href="http://www.gonegold.com/gguide/gorasul.shtml">Gorasul</a>.

I've just got the 3 RPG pack. Be aware - it is a single DVD with pdf manuals.
Arx is Arx. I played the demo. And man do I hate spiders. The first ones you meet really (and I mean really) freaked me out. Second only to Treebeasts in monster horror. But hten I hate spiders anyway. . .
Archangel is 3rd person, set in the present but all about some ancient evil. The character gfx are a little dated and the script is a bit meh but the few enemies I've seen, and the general look is/are nice. Can't really tell what it's like yet.
Gorasul is a pseudo-isometric Daiblo-type game. Not got into it. Looks quite nice but I've not worked out the interface yet. In addition to normal attrributes you get Dragon powers like fire breathing. Oh and your weapon is alive, talks to you, and gets experience points too.
Arx looks like the better game by far.

Gorasul was made by the same wacky guys who are now trying to capitalize on Fallout 3's death with their game, The Fall. I've heard that it's (Gorasul) pretty poor, and that its translation is so bad to the point where if it were more popular, it could've potentially been another "All Your Base."
Oddly enough, Damien "Puuk" Faletto, one guy of many to be layed off by Interplay, has since moved to Germany to work with these folks.

Ah don't mention fallout 3. It puts tears on my pillow.
