Ok, now apart from joining every available guild, I'm also trying to find all the items listed in the Artifacts of Tamriel book (found in the Mournhould Museum) I've got about half of them, but I'm stumped as for the rest. Does anyone know of a list of the locations of them? I did a search, but no joy... :(

Ring of the Kajiit
This is given to you for doing Talos Dral's quest in the Morag Tongs Guild Hall, Vivec. He won't give me any quests, I've tried all speech options :confused:
Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw
This is given to you from completing the quest given by the Shrine of Malacath. Problem is I did the Temple quests which involved visting that shrine, now every time I click on it, it just gives me a blessing. Is this the right shrine? (SW of Dagon Fel, just out in the open, not in any ruins)
Ice Blade of the Monarch
I've a feeling this one's gone for good. I raided Rotheran a while back and killed the slavers. Didn't find any sword though :erm: Was it on one of them? Or do I get it as a reward for killing them?
Oh, and is it possible to get the bloodworm helm without killing the guy who owns it, thus severing the thread of prophecy? (ooh! I said 'thus' :o )

Don't worry, they made a mistake with him. This guy isn't important to the mainquest at all. The only quest that he's involved in AFAIK is by the nearby Ashlander Camp. One of them send you to kill him.
Ice Blade of the Monarch - It was on the body of one of the slave masters at the very back of the stronghold, but still on the upper level bit. The guy was wearing a robe. If you killed him a while back and didn't take the weapon and his corpse is gone, it's probably gone for good.
Ring of Khajit - Are you sure you're talking to the right guy? He's the one wearing the extremely cool looking Morag Tong helm. He says there are 'important matters to attend to' or something similar. If this doesn't show in the menu, then you probably blew the quest one way or another. It's not a very nice ring anyway. You want Phynaster's Ring ^.^
Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw - Hm... Not too sure about this one. I don't this you're in the right place. They couldn't be stupid enough to do that. All I can say is keep looking. I wish you luck!

1) Don't know, sorry. I think that counts as Mephala's Daedric Prince quest (the one where you have to poison Balyn Omavel in Balmora) I think you have to talk to him about "sensitive matters" or something.
2) Daedric shrines are different from Temple shrines. You get the quests from Daedra Princes by visiting their shrines, which are enormous statues of themselves inside Daedric ruins. Malacath's statue and shrine is on an island on the West coast of Sheogorad, pretty far from anywhere, IIRC.
3) The Iceblade is held by a Dark Elf in the Arena in Rotheran. I'd go there and have a look round, just to check whether you can find him or his body.
4) As I understand it, you can go ahead and kill him. The guy, Crazy Batou, doesn't appear to have anything to do with the main quest, and no-one has reported any problems after killing him. Go ahead, he doesn't matter. I have heard that he is marked as Essential because he had some part in the previous ES game, Daggerfall, but I can't verify that.

P.S. [SPOILER]If you go to Dren's plantation you can find ANOTHER Ring of Surroundings. It's in a small box on one of the shacks around the field, close to the entrance. If you get it from... that guy in Fort Moonmoth, you'll have two.[/SPOILER]
And don't forget the Artifacts in Tribunal and Bloodmoon both! If you need some of those, I can give you a hand. I think the like Ania gave has all the Tribunal Artifacts.

The Kajiit ring
Yup, the guy in the Morag Tong helm. I got fecked off with him and tried killing him for it, but he only had the bitter green herbs (for the poisoning quest) on him (ho-hum, reload). Maybe I should have done his quest before becomming Nerevarene (sp?). Everyone just goes all gooey when I talk to them and I think I've lost out on a lot of things that people would have said instead. :erg:

Is there more than one statue of Malacath? That can be the only explanation I can think of since it says 'Malacath' when I point the crosshair at it. Like I said, I did the Temple pilgramige to become the Arch-something-or-other. Possible bug...? Is the statue that gives the Helm quest out in the open, or in a shrine?
Oh, and incidently, has anyone come across a bug that cuts out 50% of the main quest? I got back from the Cavern of Azura (or whatever it's called) after getting the Moon and Star ring and instead of being asked to go on the fourth trial (Nevevar of the four camps) I was told to see the Archcannon of the tmeple who sent me to see Vivec and I got the Wraithguard. Cut out the remaining four trails (and unique magic itmes). Slightly miffed I was.

AFAIK, getting the ring only brings you to the point where you must be named Nerevarine and Hortator (effectively allowing you to skip 99% of the tedious quests but a whole chunk of important stuff.)
That guy should have the Morag Tong Helm... I've killed him twice now and he's had it both times. But being an Imperial, I taunted him with my mad speechcraft skillz.
I think the Malacath Shrine is in a temple, but I can't be sure.
