I found kolobok! It was in a stash in Yantar, on top of a pipe that I had to do some climbing to get to. Not that kolobok is really that good, since there's nothing particularly mean that does rupture damage.

I found the Soul but none of the others. The Bratender asks for a flash artifact if I'm not mistaken.

I actually found another Soul in the Dark Valley tonight. Currently I'm running with two Moonlights (mainly because I'm usually running over 50 kg), two Souls, and a Crystal. I also carry a Pellicle, Mama's Beads and Spring for use in special occasions.

Recently I found a stash in Yantar that had three Souls. And also another stash in the Red Forest that had two Koloboks. So there is no artifact left to find.
I made a huge stash of artifacts in the Bar, then sold them all to the scientists, which made me filthy rich :)

I can't say I've ever been killed by a single leap from a pseudodog and by the time you find kolobok, they are hardly your biggest worry. By that time I'm usually running round with two mamas beads, moonlight, soul and mica.

I didn't find all those in Yantar. If you want a complete list:
[SPOILER]Mamas beads - quest reward, I think for killing the master stalker, the one you get from the information merchant in the bar. The other I found in the dark valley.
Soul - can be found in a lot of places, including garbage.
Mica - in wild territory, just after the snipers in a pool of green goo in a warehouse to the left.
Moonlight - agropom underground or wild territory.[/SPOILER]
