Pelicles can be gotten from the Mobile Science Lab by trading in Fireballs.
I think first you trade in a Gravi, then a Jellyfish and then you have the option of trading in a Fireball for a Pelicle. After that I believe you can trade in a Moonlight for 10000 ru + 3 scientist medkits, and finally an Urchin for a SEVA suit.
I think everytime you leave Yantar without accepting an artifact-fetch quest, they reset back to the start, which means you can potentially accumulate a lot of Pelicles if you keep trading in a Gravi, Jellyfish and Fireball in turn.

Moonlight was the one I didn't have yet, and still don't.
If I had known I get 10 thousand RUs and medkits...

Well, I just finished a very successful evening expedition to the Wild Territory looking for artifacts. I found several Sparklers, two Flashes, a Moonlight, and a Pellicle (I think I probably had seen that Pellicle before, but must have confused it with some chemical goo). I also noticed that I have a Soul in my inventory, but I really can't remember where I found it, or if it was given to me by someone after completing a quest. So the only artifact that I'm yet to find is now the Kobolok.

Didn't you have to deal with monsters? I remember hearing an invisible dude walking around the train area, I was lucky enough to not have the pleasure of meeting that nice sir.

Actually, no. It was surprisingly quiet, and the only presence there was the usual group of mercs at the top of that tall building, whom I sniped easily with the lightened IL 86 (it's one hell of a weapon: great fire rate, decent precision, and very reduced recoil).
I met the 'invisible dude' - i.e., a Bloodsucker - in one of my previous visits there, and killed him. I haven't found any other Bloodsucker there again. I just met a couple of Snorks a few minutes ago, when returning from Yantar. I was at the top of the building after wasting the mercs once more, waiting for the night to come so that I could see if more artifacts would meanwhile appear, and killed both Snorks by throwing a grenade at them. They didn't even see me.

Those accurate assault rifles makes the game much more fun to play. :p
Plus killing the Mercs without using up a lot of ammo will give you ammo profits when searching the bodies.

Monsters move around, yeah. I've seen Poltergeists showing up in wild territory later on, a bloodsucker in the dark valley, snorks everywhere. Heck, things just move around - I've seen a military assault on the Duty Base. Couldn't join in of course - those Duty bastards call you a murderer even if the guy you murdered was in the process of shooting them. Damned cops.

I won't if I was you, unless I have spare Moonlights. Equipping 2 Moonlights allow you to run around forever under 50kg encumbrance. IIRC 3 Moonlights allow for considerable running with 60kg encumbrance.
IIRC in my latest game I found 2 Moonlights by the bandit quartet spawn point in Wild Territory; however, you can only see them at night, plus they are located smack dab in the middile of the electric anomalities - hope you have a good electrical resistance and plenty of spare medkits.
Frankly, the Mobile Science Lab pays full price for all artifacts you sell to them compared to the other traders (1000/2500/5000 compared to 650/1625/3250). Hence I make it a point to accumulate spare/unwanted artifacts and make frequent forages to Yantar to unload them all at the Science Lab (and buy a new SEVA suit now and then). The mercs who form the bulk of Wild Territory hostiles aren't really difficult once you wrestle a scoped TR301 from their hands and use it against them.

My runs through the wild territory have become extremely profitable. There's the mercs in the beginning (entrance from bar), and their bodies have been piling up. They're constantly giving me tons of stashes, multiple times over (some of which have been pretty valuable).
And at night all the moonlights come out ;)

Phatose: at least one Bloodsucker should always be in the Dark Valley, since there is actually a quest to kill him :)
The Wild Territory is probably one of the quietest places in the game, and a place where I normally feel at ease. Usually the only enemies you find are those mercs at the top of the building (sometimes two or three more show up near the passage to the Bar) and four bandits that like to camp behind a train, near the electric anomalies. And there seems to be little or no respawning after you kill them. Plus, the stashes there are usually very interesting. For instance, it's where you can find a SEVA suit relatively early in the game, or a grenade launcher that will fit the IL 86 rifle.
The thing that annoys me the most is that there are two stashes there that I'm just unable to find. One is near the tower, and the place where bandits usually camp during the night, and the other is near the building where the mercs are, next to a collapsed tunnel that has an upside down car on top of the debris. I've searched high and low when the map shows that I'm on top of the stashes, but never actually found them.
