can anyone tell me where I can find Galen Rithari's notes...he's the ordinator who supposedly became a vampire then was cured. I was told by the bookseller in Vivec that there was a secret and guarded library in the hall of Justice in Vivec that would definitely have a copy, but I went all over both the hall of wisdom and the hall of justice (and even a jaunt into the ministry of truth) but I have not found this frickin library nor the darn papers!:mad:

I have not become a vampire yet but I did stumble across a hidden library in the hall of Justice in Vivec . Unfortunately I don't remember which room it's located. The door you're looking for is in the floor and it's not like other doors because it's mostly covered by a rug. I think the room has two guards in it and the hidden door is in the corner of the room, barely visable.

There's a way into the secret library from both halls... hall of justice's office of the watch has one way in... there is a trap door, mostly covered by a carpet in the far right of the room as you walk in. Don't remember about the hall of wisdom though, but there is a way in there too.

Thanks howie and kilana. found it. also "liberated" most of the useful books in there, 'cause you never know when they'll come in handy.:cool:
