Figured I might as well ask here...
Are there any Artifact items (Like Lord's Mail, Eleidon's Ward etc.) for legs and arms (Heavy armor preferred)? If so, where can I get them?

Yeah. You can get the Fists of Randagulf (Heavy, AR 300) which are found in Ilunibi (NorthWest from Gnaar Mok), Soul's Rattle section, behind a trough in the large room to the NorthEast, next to the Sixth House bells.
If you want greaves, then there aren't any artifacts for that. Get daedric greaves from Dren's Plantation. If you want boots, there are only the Boots of the Apostle (Light, AR 266) found in the Berandas Stronghold and the Ten Pace Boots (Light, AR 266) found in Bal Fell.

I have the ten pace boots (Which are heavy.... Dunno why people keep saying they are light :confused: )
And I have the fists. I was looking for pauldrons in the artifact'ish range
