I just started to play this game about a month ago and I was just wondering is there some one that crafts custom armor/weapons any where because I have got a crap load of ebony and raw glass and I already have a ton of gold so I dont need to sell it.

Well you can find NPCs through out Vvardenfell to enchant items for you, but it cost alot more than you can imagine.
Prob be better if you enchant yourself, get Intelligence, Enchant and Mysticism at 50+. Also need good soul gems, the more value the better and one more thing you will need to find a tough creature to kill to trap it in that soul gem, again the more powerful the creatures is the better enchanting.
Here the another web site for enchanting tips...

As far as I know the only guy that makes custom armour out of those materials is in the Tribunal expansion in Godsreach.

Enchanting?
Anyway, yes. As has already been said, the Craftsmans' Hall in Godsreach is the place for you.

Thanks guys for the helpful info. I have one more question, I've managed to get around it but where is that blasted puzzle box at? I've searched from top to bottom but never found it....

Middle level, room on the left. Has a chappy in it until you kill him. It's on a shelf to the left as you enter.

Enchanting armor is actually the best way to go. As for the price, your mercantile skill will help reduce it. There is a trader in the Zainab Ashlander camp that can train your mercantile skill up to 100. I think his name is Hassour-Dinadat. After you get your mercantile skill at 100 and the enchanters disposition to 100 the most expensive enchantment is about 8000 gold. Also, a fast way to earn gold is to taunt the royal guards in Mournhold, kill them, and sell their armor to either the smith in the great bazaar, or Creeper in the ghorak manor in caldera. Creeper will pay maximum price for everything, but has less gold. High ordinators armor is also good to sell, but they are harder to taunt and kill, and the armor is really heavy.
