Just before going to get the code to go down to the vents I come across a door that needs a code to get into the armory. In all the times I have played this game I have never found that code. Anyone know it or where to find it? It does not allow hacking so I am thinking that the door does not really work.

Its given to you in a log from Bronson somewhere on ops deck.

You'll note a log near the armoury complaining about how Bronson's changed the codes
again and now he has to trudge all the way up to Ops to get the new code. That is indeed where you'll find the following log (although I don't recall exactly where on deck 4):

It does work, they just don't want Navy characters hacking their way into it early on the game and wandering around with the stuff inside...as I recall it contains heavy armour, an assault rifle, an EMP rifle and possibly some other goodies.

I'm pretty sure the armor in there is medium though not heavy.

There's also a Stasisfield Generator with a working condition of 2 or 3 ..
I don't know about the armor - I thought it was heavy, too ..

Too lazy to check as well, but I always haul it up to about ops before I have the strength to wear it and I'm almost dead certain you can't get a set of heavy till at least rec if not command.

actually, no, i believe there's a suit of heavy armour on ops. it's somewhere in the cabins. i think there's a korenchkin log talking about the cyborg ninjas nearby.
