That's right! After I finished the quest where you frame the guards informant, Armand is supposed to come out of hiding the next night but he never shows up! Weeks have passed and I've stood there night after night but no Armand! :confused:
I've searched the forum and read through walkthroughs and everything indicates that he should have shown up. Is this a bug?
Can I respawn him like in Morrowind? Because I won't be able to do anymore thieves guild quests without him. :(

When that happened to me, he was stuck in a building at the water front. Lockpicked a door and tons of NPCs were inside.

Oh! I never thought of that possibility!
I now have another problem... I lost Shadowmare! :erg:
I was wondering, is there is any website that I can get the codes for this game from? I never use cheat codes in video games but I'm willing to use codes like Morowwind's NPC respawn code to get lost characters like Armand and my horse back if all other methods fail. :)

Shadowmere will sometimes walk back to where you first got him (This sometimes happens when he get's attacked). So head back to the ruins and he'll be there.

I lock picked and searched each and every shack in the Waterfront, no Armand.
I even tried the player.placeatme <playerID> (without the <>) and it didn't work! it worked when I tried it with Baurus, but not for Armand or Shadowmere! :(
This is getting a bit frustrating!
