You didn't play Human Revolution? It was pretty good, bosses aside.
I did, I even replayed it 3 times taking my time to explore, accomplish side-quests and earn all achievements. But most of time while I was sneaking, it always was behind some wall or desk taking cover in third person camera

Ok I know I joked about this earlier but now it seems like I have to eat my own words. I don't know how to do the Lady Boyle mission. :p I talked to her earlier on and got her to come to the music room with me, where I failed to impress her so she went down to the basement. I would've followed her but there were guards there telling me I couldn't go any further. Later on Lady Boyle came back upstairs and that guard left the spot so now I can sneak downstairs, but how do I get the Lady to go back down there? She doesn't wanna talk to me any more and instead just keeps walking around commenting to noone in general on how much the party cost. I read in her diary that she likes music so I stand by the piano and pound the shit out of the keys whenever she walks past but so far this has failed to impress her. :( During her walks around the party she does occasionally end up in secluded spots where I could knock her out, but getting her downstairs from there seems impossible. Have I permanently fucked up the option to bring her to the guy downstairs? Will I simply have to kill her?
Great looking level design in this mission btw. Everything looks expensive as hell!

Do you have possession rank 2?

I found this pretty hard too, especially if you don't have possess human.
The key is the guard won't let you go upstairs, but he has no problem with you going into the basement/kitchen area (though he may follow you down there and tell you you shouldn't be there - left, snuck back, choked him and put him in a side room).
So when Lydia goes down to the basement follow and render unconscious.

But SE, the problem is that she never goes down into the basement any more.
Phatose, YES! Ok yeah I see what you're getting at. I guess I could just possess her and walk her downstairs, but I'd need to get her when she's pretty close to the stairs. Lots of people around there so doing magic might be tricky without getting caught. Hmm... it might just work though.
edit: yup. Target Neutralized. I guess I should've seen that solution but I haven't really used that power before this mission, despite getting it a while ago. :P

That's strange. I had no problem making her go upstairs or downstairs.
P.S.: Samuel the Boatman sound nothing like Garrett, so I don't know y'all are smoking.

I got screwed with one mission where even though I had achieved the nonlethal objective, my target was unconscious and after leaving the map zone and entering it twice (searching for one last rune), I suddenly received a message in my top corner telling me the target was assassinated. Since I did no such thing I went to check on said person and... he/she had disappeared... along with 3 other people I had put to sleep.
You could say it's my fault for not doing the main objective last, but then why would they even bother asking me if I want to go with Sam or not? The assassination message was the thing that confirmed there's a problem with unconscious people disappearing and counting as dead, because in other end status screens I had kill counts even in missions where I had put to sleep only one person (1 kill cont number and 1 person knocked out).
Hope they patch it because it got me into a bit of a rage, especially since, again, stealthing becomes pretty tricky to do at some points. Then again, maybe it's not meant to be a stealth game... in which case... I don't know... I'll just casually kill everyone because it's as easy to murder someone as it is in a Serious Sam game.
Bodies do vanish, but I wouldn't have thought that was true of any important (i.e., target) NPC's. Hmm. Interesting. You sure he didn't get eaten by rats?

Troooo.
It could be any voice actor, but it certainly doesn't sound like Garrett.

The game is great so far (the intro mission wasn't too good though), but tell me one thing. If the other missions are as huge as the first one - Campbell's killing? I'd played it for 4 hours until I got to the Holger Square at last, so much nooks and crannies along the way, and side-missions with optional locations. Or it's unique and next missions won't be as big with optional locations/side quests etc.? I ask because I read the game was short, but judging by the first real mission (which I haven't finished yet), it's not short at all.
