I'm really torn. This game has my attention, but I'm not sure I want to be spending 60 bucks for a game at launch right now. I decided to buy max payne 3 at launch and told myself I'd only buy one game at that price this year. I also want borderlands 2, and that's on sale at greenmangaming right now.:erg: Decisions decisions.
Add to the mix that there's a (

minutes away from my current home and it's very tempting to go impulse buy the game tonight for that very reason. Icing on the cake is that some developers will be there and I can get a signed copy. (See link.)

I don't frequent these forums as I've used to but I would be quite surprised if Dishonored actually doesn't get it's own subforum here. It's the embodiment of Looking Glass legacy.

There are no combination locks, so you get by the first door by setting some books on fire.

Hmm I do want to get it, but seeing as I already have a few games on my play-list and backlog, I think it's wise to wait. I'm also not sure if im in the mood for its kind of gameplay right now.
So what do I do TTLG? Get it and engage in TTLG gushing/hatefest, or finish up my current games and get it at like half price on the next steam sale?

I bit the bullet and pre-ordered, I am equal parts hopeful and confident that Arkane didn't screw up on this one. I'm looking forward to trying to play Thief-style, hopefully non-lethal incapacitation will be an option.
