Dammit. :(
But seriously, I don't know who I'd consider more dangerous: this trigger-happy lunatic, or Jane Fonda spouting bullshit rhetoric. Both are equally out of their minds.

I didn't realise the fingerpointing at Republicans whenever a Democrat is targeted was a common response, but I'm sure seeing it this time around.

This is just one of those Travis Bickles who went through with it.

You know, I
almost considered making some comment in the original post about "cue the inevitable crying about how guns r bad etc." then I decided to let someone else make an ass of themselves by bringing it up.
Yes, because the availability of guns is not related to people using them no not at all.
I'm just bored of getting news from countries with liberal gun laws about people suddenly deciding to go on the rampage with guns.

Are we going to go through this fucking stupid argument again? Because I'm not up for it, you have no idea what you're babbling about (go fig) and I don't feel like educating you for the 3rd or 4th time. Not to mention you had to fag up a thread about a serious tragedy with your political bullshit before anyone else had even posted. Who are you, CCCHoad?
Please, try to hold a discussion without resorting to old standbys like blaming something other than the madman for the madman's crimes.

Guns aren't the problem, lunatics are. Hell, I have a pistol grip crossbow with a laser sight (easily concealed in a coat) that could pierce a noggin from quite a distance. Last I checked, they are quite legal in the UK. If you wanna kill someone, you are going to find a tool for the job.
I choose to use my dozens of firearms, blades, and bows for target shooting and appreciate their collectable qualities. I also appreciate being able to keep a Taurus (

I think you want to check that actually. Last I checked the UK was banning everything pointy this side of knitting needles (and they're next).

I haven't had cause to check since '08, and it wouldn't matter anyway. It would mean that as recent as a couple years ago, they were freely available so most people who want one already have one. At the very least the country has a nice used supply for the black market that didn't have to be smuggled either.

The UK banned toothpaste.
