I've played through this game about 15 times now over the years but I can't seem to remember where the switch for the cyborg conversion chamber is hidden anymore.

Any help is appreciated.

That map might not help much, since it's hidden in an odd spot.

I don't remember exactly how to get to it, but I think I remember it involving a hidden door inside a maintenence area.

I vaguely recall getting to it via the room with the gas grenade log in it. There's 2 maintenance-like doors, one goes up and one goes down...i think its in the down one?
