I actually agree with Tony on this one, I saw episode 7 on dvd quite a few months after the release of the movie and found it very underwhelming, and basically a bit shit.

I actually wouldn't call it complete "shit". It's just thoroughly mediocre and forgettable.
Without the Star Wars name it would have been in the same category as Elysium or Oblivion.....a kind of generic sci-fi thriller that is great enough to watch if you're tipsy but not anywhere near as memorable as it wants to be.
