Quite funny, but hardly surprising.

It just means the people are kind and want to help the guy, but think more about their business than about what's the petition about. Here most of the people would tell him they didn't have time for that shit and went on.

Yeah, most of the people just signed it without question. I laughed pretty hard when he said it was to help bankers and the illuminati though.

So whats in the video? I thought these types of threads were a nono. I'm not clicking through to some random vid without some idea of what's in there. Could be lemonparty live ffs.

Sour past experiences, SubJeff? Click away, it's just a video of a guy going around with a petition to "increase inflation" and a couple of dipshits eagerly signing it. And one woman at the end who isn't so eager to, knowing something but not enough. To be fair, though, if all they got is some 5-6 signatures I'd hardly see that as enough material for a loltube video.

The even sadder part is that there is a kernel of truth to the petition which will be lost/discredited by the "Hurr look at the morans" brigade. Obviously not 100% hyperinflation, but certainly some.
We're at a zero-lower bound for interest rates in the middle of a recession. Conventional monetary policy would require negative interest rates to counteract a recession of this magnitude - which is not possible/feasible, since lenders would then just hoard cash. One of the few weapons in the toolbox is to credibly commit to higher inflation (which currently also sits way too low) in order to effective reduce real interest rates.
Sadly, even more people really are ignorant to this reality, since it sets off the "Grrr, Inflation BAD!" alarm in people that don't understand economics.

This video is pretty stupid and a waste of time- he only approaches about 5 people with the petition, one of them knows enough to realize that its bullshit on some level, the group of guys are probably drunk, and the lady with the stroller probably just wants the dude to get away from her asap. Hardly what I'd call 'Hurr durr people are dumb.'
