How big would the apparition sound files be, Beleg? They only have a few lines don't they. And lipsynch wouldn't really matter as they just talk gibberish.
Do you have any idea how to insert them into the game, or is it only mass that knows?

908,728 bytes, 16 files. The TDS Hammer haunts have app. 60 files (a lot of TDP ones if I'm not mistaken), though quite some repetitions, and I don't know if it affects you at all if you add new schemata. Massimiliano should know how to, although I guess it must be written somewhere as well. But again, this is quite a lot of work.

Those be some creepy skins. Yay.

I read through the csc files thread, it looks quite hard and I don't know anything about programming languages which seems to be what mass used to insert the new files. I might pm him and see if it is doable.

Adding new schemas might be possible, but preserving the lip movements (what neither Massimiliano nor I/we managed to achieve) and providing the new cscs in an MB-reasonable way are so big issues that I doubt it's worth the hassle.

For the apparition I don't think lipsynch is a problem since it speaks such garbled nonsense. I always imagined that the sound emanated from them rather than being spoken.

You need to (extract and then) re-compile the whole thing AFAIK and after this process the lip movements are gone. We don't know how it happens (see Massi's thread where I have described it IMHO), but until a solution is found it makes every attempt to alter the csc files quite... controversial. My T3Ed install is running with the beginnings of our own translation project but the guards stare at me when talking just like in TDP/TMA.
