I'm trying to talk to this mage to get to Mournhold or Tamriel. I have looked all over Ebonhardt... any idea where he is at inside Ebonhardt?
Also, is this how I can get to the rest of the Empire?? I am stuck in Vvanderfell and I want to explore the rest of the fabulous universe...I am only level 57 Imperial Knight.

Please excuse me if I'm terribly, terribly wrong. I haven't played in months.
If you're looking for the mage, then you need to go inside the.. er... Grand Council Chambers. Just go across the bridge that leads to the castle where the Duke is. She's in an exquisite robe, in the room you arrive in.
If you're looking for the guy you need to talk to (since I forgot the names of both) he's just before the bridge that leads to the castle. He walks around a lot though, but you can't miss him.
Unfortunately, you can't leave the city of Mournhold, so it doesn't lead to the rest of the Empire. And 'only level 57' ? Heh, you'll probably want the difficulty turned all the way up.
If you want to see the rest of the Empire, as well as the rest of the entire continent, keep your eyes on Tamriel Rebuilt. They've already got a rough draft version of part of the continent up. Check it out (

With the chance of appearing completely stupid, is level 57 high? or low? how do I turn the difficulty up?
I'm really depressed that you can't see the rest of Tamriel...
So your saying I can never visit Valenwood or Cyrodil City??
Or did I misunderstand you.
Thanks for the mage info.

No you can only go to Mournhold and Solsteim (bloodmoon expansion). However if I remember correctly there is possibly a new game being developed that focuses on the High Elves and at one point thier empire was very large, so perhaps in that you can visit the rest of Tamriel.
