If you want a copy of the game with box and everything, expect to pay about 100 bucks. For the CD only however you can get it for MUCH cheaper.
It was like the quest for the holy grail, but after more than 1 year of trying, finally I managed to win a bidding on it (It's with the box and everything), and it's below the price of 50 USD! I can't believe it. I'm so happy now!!! :D

Item includes the game disc w/jewel case, manual and box all in pristine condition.
The auction was on Ebay.
I really can't wait it to arrive!

Will see as soon as it arrives; but if it's true, particularly if it's true, i will feel no sorry. And call me evil. (For the sidenote, i think if anybody, the other bidders were retarded, in fact. They just stopped around 45 USD, i was ready to follow things up to 75$...)

Did he post pictures? And this person is shipping from USA out overseas?
Anything can happen if you get lucky. I paid $75 for mine, but it came with everything: box, cardboard inner box, jewel case insert and back, instruction manual, install guide, and the Creative insert/advertisement. I guess you'll see what you get.

See if something like ImgBurn will do it.

I hate Roxio, I've personally had nothing but problems working with it. It was also pre-bundled with the junk computer we got. That was a bad deal all around. I use Alcohol 120%. I've never had a problem with it on anything. You might also try that. Or send it to me and I will. ;)

Any good disc imager / copier should be able to copy it despite any bad sectors (by at least copying all the readable sectors).
You could try (

Don't forget that some protection schemes use bad sectors at known locations to ID the original disk.
Copying the disk without the bad sector could mean a non-working copy
