We have an avocado here we intended to use on omlettes, now I'll have to try that.
We brought blueberries from home (we have some bushes) and froze them, and we've been putting them in for a while. I think we might start getting those frozen berry bags if the price works too.
Peanut butter is also good but the almond butter has omega 3's and it tastes better (imo).

I love blueberries (and bananas and some protein powder) in my porridge in the morning. Also, chickens go fucking crazy for blueberries. Mine would fight a bear for them. They also think that the plums (more like damsons) falling from the tree above their run are giant blueberries so go after them, peck them once and lose interest
My golf club has a mulberry tree that's just about coming into season. Mulberries are pretty rare because you absolutely can't store them; they go bad soon after picking them. But fresh off the tree they are amazing. Got 2 today but next week it'll be open season

oh god, mulberries. I used to fatten myself horribly on them at my friends house, he had a HUGE tree but it died. Best fucking pancakes evar.

This is such a basic subject. Eat right and target exercise. Wow. I became a local boxing champ that way. I'm sure you can get your funky off the same way.
Raw oats w/skim milk
Dry, plain tuna
Plain, cooked chicken breasts
brown rice
plain baked potatoes
Live on it, and follow a solid calisthenics program. Success.

Ok, so that banana and avocado was way better than expected. Its makes the shake incredibly creamy. We also added walnuts because add walnuts and or almond butter to everything. I have chocolate flavored protein powder (yuck) so I wont try it with that, but vanilla was good.

I've been hearing it's a good idea to spread your meals across 5 smaller portions a day. Supposedly, it keeps your metabolism up because your body is working to digest the food throughout the day, instead of working off a couple of big meals for a few hours.
I have no idea how true this is, though I'm sure anything is better than my one big ass dinner a couple hours before I go to bed routine.

I've been jogging a five-kilometer route in my neighbourhood as often as I can (it's probably averaged out to about four days a week for the last few weeks). My jogging ability has probably tripled in that time—I used to take several walk breaks and come back nauseous, but now I'm at the point where I can experiment with sprinting—but I haven't really lost any weight; maybe two or three pounds (could stand to lose ten or so). I don't exactly eat poorly, but after a workout I tend to get hungry, and probably eat a bit more than I should. I don't think I'm going over my recommended caloric intake, but I doubt that I'm building a deficit, either.
