Texture-wise, it's plain plastic so you could probably use a plain blue texture and just add a bit of shading/highlights based on the UV location.

I moved this discussion into the object thread.
If you're talking about simply retexturing an existing object, which would you use? The problem is going to be the transparent handle holes. For example, the open crate object would work, except that model only uses one texture so if you include a transparent hole, it will show up on the bottom of the crate also. Is there some object like this that already exists and uses separate textures for the sides and bottom?

Thanks Zappen how do i convert that object to .bin file. I´ve never worked with a 3d object program, But i have to learn someday to work with some program.

Thanks Michael, i meant use a new texture for a existing object called "Res_cube" created by Yandros. it doesn't have to be real hole handles, just a photo.
I was able to find a top view texture:
