There's one by von.Eins which can't be downloaded, but it's not phong shaded. I'll make one.

The von.Eins model is included in some missions by Christine, Night Falcon for example. It's 'sanduhr.bin'
As far as I know there are other (newer) models, too.

I don't see an hourglass on either of Targa's sites. Are you sure he's the author?

First, do everything you need to make it act dead and be like statue in every other way, then:
Creature -> Current pose
select "Motion Name" then type the name of motion you want to use below it
Frac = frame of the motion you want to use 0.00 = first frame, 1.00 = last frame
ModelScale = no idea what this is try 1 and 0
Ballistic = leave this unchecked so your statue AI will be frozen correctly and won't fall to ground in gamemode
its not working for me, where can i check a list of the motion names?
Frac has only one slot to fill, so its either 0.00 or 1.00?

all motions are in RES -> motions, there's "few" :p The ones with letters BH in the beginning of their names are the usual human skeleton motions.
all motions are made of many "frames" which all have their own positions recorded to them (they are played fast in queue to make poses look like actual movement; in theory just as video is made out of single pictures). The number you put in frac section tells DromEd which frame of the motion you want to use as pose, 1.00 means the last frame and 0.00 means the first frame and 0.50 means the frame at the middle and so on and so on... Amount of the frames in motion doesn't change these values
...also, note that frac section can divide motions frames into "nonexistent" poses too, which happens when frac number indicates to the gap between 2 frames, resulting the pose to be kind of mix of those 2 said frames. However i don't think you are going to find this to be any trouble if you just want some statue like pose.

Someone made a reskinnable throne, perhaps R Soul? Not sure where to find it, though.
My website can be accessed via the links menu for my username.
edit: The hourglass model is done but I'm having trouble getting the solid sand to render correctly inside the partially transparent glass. It either doesn't appear or the glass appears in front of everything else. Any suggestions?
I've already tried: Material trans & solid texture, solid material & texture trans, Transparency prop: 1. Perhaps there's something I can do with mtl files...
