If you can find an AI with a skull face that you like, you could change the mesh skin to stone grey and then pose it. Just an idea.

Yes i though using also ai creatures, but i don´t know how freeze them or pose them as statues. turning their skin to stone grey sounds easy i suppose.
I´m building a church, with skull textures, skull objects...etc.

First, do everything you need to make it act dead and be like statue in every other way, then:
Creature -> Current pose
select "Motion Name" then type the name of motion you want to use below it
Frac = frame of the motion you want to use 0.00 = first frame, 1.00 = last frame
ModelScale = no idea what this is try 1 and 0
Ballistic = leave this unchecked so your statue AI will be frozen correctly and won't fall to ground in gamemode

I usually add M-PosedCorpse, and then add the Current pose like gigagooga said. You'll also want to make it unfrobbable of course, and also may want to use creature scale to enlarge.

the hourglass object by Targa seems unavaliable at low poly guild, does anyone knows where else can i get it?

I don't see an hourglass on either of Targa's sites. Are you sure he's the author?
