uTorrent is a client. Availability/download problems are usually connected to the torrents themselves, asuming you haven't fucked with the client settings.
Also - torrent topic in CommChat? Do you have some sort of death wish? I can't imaine this turning out well.
edit - bollocks.

isn't because of the people you download it from like all the peers?
Phantom914 on 5/11/2006 at 04:57
i wonder if you get viruses from Utorrent so do you?

You need to format your harddrive. PRO TIP: Carefully open your HDD and blow off the microparticles (you can't see them with the naked eye) that have collected on the disks, so the HDD lasts longer. Remember to put them back in the right order.

also be sure to use magnetic clamps to hold the platters.

First you need to download the torrent file and launch it with UTorrent, second my only experience with that one is that it's a lot slower and revs up slower than Azureus which I like a lot more.

Azureus is a great program. That aside, I have trouble believing this isn't a joke topic. Torrents are... nothing... nothing at all like other peer to peer filesharing systems like Limewire and KaZaA.
Though I suppose using magnetic clamps is a good idea. Magnets help to flush out the computer and clean up the environment. They'll also make CRT Televisions have clearer reception when placed near the screen.
