1.) Tel Fyr, when you do that thing to get Chrysamere (sp?), anyone ever think to repeatedly paralyze the Dremora Lord so as to have a good long look around those ruins b4 exiting out? If there's a million $ treasure chest or some other great easter egg, this would be the natural place to hide it. (Of course I didn't think of it until it was too late.)
2.) I've glimpsed the Ghost Fence. Is it possible to levitate up & over? Or does it extend infinitely upwards? If it does not extend infinitely upwards, is it 'roofed'? Maybe we could trampoline around up there? (Scroll of Icarian Flight to check this out?)

1) Actually, that's "Crescent blade" (crescent something, at least); Chrysamere is a touch NE of Tel Fyr. And nope, I'm pretty sure there's nothing in there except himfella. I'll double-check when I get home though if noone beats me to it.
2) As Megair says, yup, you can levitate (or jump) over it. One wonders why Vivec & crew would consider this a viable container for a god's minions...

Yeah, that 2-handed curved thingy collecting dust next to the Orc' soul trapper & a bunch of other 'Why-did-I-bother?' Daedric gear.
No roof, huh? Guess that's so they can let the Cliff Racer dogs out.

I think there is even this one point somewhere SE of Dagoth Ur where the land is about level with the top of one of the posts. If baddies jumped it would be no effort for something like an ash vampire... mind you I'm sure they would just stroll though the 'gate anyway.

Btw, FWIW, that one 'special' Dremora Lord is the only thing in the area mentioned.
