Have played thru only a couple of times & I can't shake the memory of that hotel in Hell's Kitchen where you encounter the sounds of that damned crying baby. I spent as much fruitless time there as anywhere in the game. Can that be resolved? Or was that just some horrible 'atmosphere' element thrown in to freak me out?

The 'Ton Hotel? I'm afraid the baby is just one of the sounds coming from behind one of the doors of the hotel. If you listen around, you'll hear much more... <i>satisfying</i> sounds...

Me neither. Is it me or were those two horny bastards constantly changing rooms, trying it in diffeernt places? I konw I kept looking ages for a way to find them:) :)

They can go for ages. I left my computer to get something (I was planning to be gone 10 seconds, so I didn't pause the game), but it took a lot longer and I came back forty minutes later. flipped the monitor back on (it'd turned off), stopped, listened; and they're still going!

And what comes to the sounds, I think they added a real nice bit of realism to the game. Actually I listened a bit at the hotel, I think someone was watching football or something in one of the rooms. The sex encounter was a nice bit of sound. :angel:
