what I need is a huge wood paneled study with an enormous bronze thing in the middle with all the planets and signs of the zodiac and all LOL. That would be killer :)

But, since I'm not finding that as a plausible option, maybe a paper one will have to do

Did you spot (http://www.celestiamotherlode.net/catalog/images/screenshots/various/extrasolar_stars_Johan_Hevelius_Constell_4__Jestr.jpg) this kind of thing? That's Celestia with Johan Hevelius' zodiac pictures. Celestia marks the constelations with vectors already, that's just extra pretty.
(I only bring it up because you mention a 'paper' Orrery and it might not have been immediately obvious that Celestia is kinda a virtual Orrery and would go well with that ephemeris data. Or you could just want a big brass orrery for the back shed, and well, who wouldn't.)
