is there any way to change the face/hair of a character once in game? i want to change the hair on one of my characters but im not starting over to do it =P is there a console comand that gives you the face select screen again?

Try this:
player->EnableRaceMenu
or
player->EnableRaceMenu 1
I have no idea if this will work, or how it might affect your game. I imagine it's possible that it could reset your stats to the beginning values for your race, so be sure you save first.

hrm.. typing enableracemenu brings up the screen but you also have to repick atributes and all that stuff which screws it over =( any other comand ideas? i tried clicking that link but the file wasn't found

I don't see any other commands to change your facial features. What you could do, if you really want to bad enough is go ahead and use the race dialog, then use the console commands to set all your skills/attributes back to what they were before. It isn't that complicated, just alot of work. They all follow the general pattern of:
player->SetX Y
where X is the name of the attribute or skill and Y is the value to set it to.
