So far all I've heard is that it's gonna be similar to what was in Thief, and that sound propogation is gonna be "next gen", but is there any info on sound besides that? I've heard a lot about the lighting and physics but hardly anything on sound.

First off, they have always planned to make their sound propagation technology at least as good, if not simply better, then thief's.
