As I said in the other thread, my girlfriend and I are both massive Thief fans. I'm a lucky bastard. We actually had a funny thought the other day that if we ever got married, we'd put the Keeper crest on our wedding invitations. :thumb:
I'm the only one who occasionally posts here on TTLG though...she hates message boards.

I'm alone, alone, alone, alone, alone and alone. I'm only 14, dammit !:mad:
But being Garrett-style is kinda cool : Everyone, or some people, find you cool, you don't have to admit your certain ''love'' for a person, and well...you get to keep the loot for yourself. And the cake. And all the Pizza. You also get the whole bathroom for yourself, so no need to wait for others. He-he:ebil:
But I hope all you couples on TTLG forums or all you Thief-fans who are together enjoy being with each other and have a happy time/life/whatever with each other. XD ya !:):thumb:
Thief rocks !:laff:
Anyway everyone hates Thief in my family, except my 2 little out of 4 sisters. Damn it I'm the only boy in my family. :tsktsk:

My partner has played Deadly Shadows, and is now almost through Dark Project.
And he is wise enough to see that the latter is the better. (he has no problem with aging graphics, fan of Dungeon Keeper ect...)
Thank god. Else he would have had hours of rants from me. :ebil:

Haha, sorry for resurrecting this old thread, but I thought it was cute and hilarious. Never knew some of the duos here. Nice to know that Thief can bring some folks together.
My wife just refers to Thief (and FM making in Dromed) in the following way, with something like, "Oh. You're still playing that?" or, "Again?" and usually shaking her head in amusement. She has 0 interest in any video games, and Thief just wouldn't be her style anyway. I think the last game she probably played, besides some farming sim on her phone many, many years ago was probably Super Mario Bros. when she was about 15. So, no Thief for her.
It took many years, but she understands my video game addiction, as well as my Thief passion. Right now, until Christmas decorating is over, I won't have hardly any free time. It usually starts in August or so. We have a LOT of Christmas decorations, and she puts on a pretty mean display for Halloween as well. So, the majority of my free time is taken up from around the middle of the year till the end with all the repairs, as well as all the new stuff she wants me to build/make.. Keeps me off the streets, I suppose.

Is the longest active poll? I just voted.:laff:
None of my former girlfriends or ex-wife ever liked playing Thief and some of them just didn't play video games. I need to make better choices as far as relationships go.

I have never attracted a woman throughout my 36 years old life, so I can't say whether any of them was a Thief fan.

It may be time for you to go outside for a walk. I hear women are trying to pick up guys by hanging out at hardware stores.
