I don't know how many couples actually met through Thief (and its TTLG forum), but I know I *sighed* when I found out about Vigil & Morrgan's relationship and that of GBM & Starrfall; and of course more recently B'Arts & LeatherMan. Ahhhh .... sweet romance! ;)

Oh, he's in the house, trust me. ;) I think it offers a common interest when you have two people that play the same game. Of course we play other games too, he loves Savage 2 right now. Playing dark mod together is fun.

Actually LM and I originally met over on Eidos, thats where we started first, then naturally we ventured over here. Hell no romance ain't dead! If you believe in love, you will find it, and it will find you.

As well as GBM/Starfall and Vigil/Morrgan there is one other couple that met here(ish) and are married; Dalai (big boss at Black Cat Games) too. Can't remember who he got married to though. There have been other relationships but some are best forgotten I think.

Irving_forbush has been there since the beginning for me. He picked out the sound cards for our pcs that included TDP as a freebie. In fact, when I discovered the little white spider cave (I am terrified of spiders!:eek:) in Bafford's and discovered that THEY JUMP ON YOUR HEAD!!!!!, he had to kill them for me so that I could get to the treasure chest. He's played T1 & 2, though he never finished TDS. He's also played a couple fan missions. These days, he mostly likes to watch me play.
