I already recommended DVOA (you may also like Zoviet France, altho they never did anything as structured as DVOA's Piss Frond), you may also appreciate Pan Sonic, as they tend to be a bit more "industrial" or whatever than most industrial acts are, if you can deal with the Throbbing Gristle-esque minimalism.

If you want something that's uh, not necessarily dark but just really fucking weird and disturbing, there's a girl named Niobe who did some vocals on Mouse on Mars' Radical Connector album. I only have one of her CD's (Tse Tse) but it's completely and utterly bizarre. Sort of uh, Diamanda Galas-style vocal experimentation taken on a really fucked up rollercoaster ride on acid. There are some clips of her newer album White Hats on Amazon, which seems a little more structured but still retardedly weird:
