I'm creating an app for Android and have permission to reproduce the text, but not the images, in a set of medical treatment algorithms for it.
The problem is I suck at graphics so badly that the app will be rubbish if I do it all myself. I'm fine with the programming and testing of it but I need 9 pdfs turned into 9 pngs, with the same structure and text as the pdfs but not the same images/boxes/arrows/colours. The text is public information but the images are copyrighted.
The app will be free so I can't offer anything for this help except goodwill and owing a favour.
Anyone have the heart/skill to help? The images are really rather simple - but my reproduction attempts so far have looked amateur at best.
