The latter 2 are basically, "Why the fuck aren't you running these?" type mods.

Almost forgot... Being a lefty, and a numpad-user, (http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/download.php?id=4797) Skyrim Key Helper more or less keeps this game playable for me in the very first place.

Easy to forget, because it doesn't show up in NMM, but it's probably the single most important mod that I run. Without it, my particular lefty style of interaction with the game would be impossible. No thanks to you at all, Bethesda.

Though I would say that even right-handers ought to check out KeyHelper... it's a powerful tool. It lets you context-reassign everything, absolutely everything. Check it out.
