I'm around. Haven't played on (and leveled up) in The Division yet, I'm afraid.
I've looked into how to start those GTA Online heists and have done the prep for one of the setup missions (which work like regular heist setups); the others are more easily done with 2-4 players, but they require us to be in a public session. (There's a trick to create a public session that's empty of randoms, at least for a while, but I've not yet done this.) I'd be up for trying that out, though if the game screws with us and we're not having fun within a reasonable time, I'd be happy to move on to anything else.

Yeah I haven't played Division since our last session either, and fear I might be too far behind for it to be any fun. I'm definitely up for more GTA Online though.

My second character's still at 25, and I could probably level another to your levels relatively quickly. I'd hate for you guys to stop playing The Division and lose out on Dark Zone co-op shenanigans simply because you felt you'd lagged behind.
I hate to say this, as it's typical MMO-speak, but the game really comes alive at top level, what with access to West Side Piers, the Underground and world tier difficulties.
Once Jesh got to level 30, I was able to get him to World Tier 5 gear score within a couple of hours. Basically, all my level 30 character's drops could be shared to him.
I wouldn't mind GTA V, but I'm hesitant of any activities that have to take place in free play, as there's no way of restricting voice comms to our group only. Unless we use an external app? I believe Mumble supports positional audio for GTA V.

I think you can set the voice chat to friends/crew only in-game, but I'd be curious to try how well it works with Mumble. Apparently you don't even need to do anything specific to get the positional audio to work.
With respect to
The Division, if we get tired of
GTA Online or it just annoys us, like last time, at worst we can always split into two groups for half an hour, with henke and me leveling up together, as we're both around lv 15 or 16, I think.
Edit: While
GTA V supposedly works with Mumble's positional audio out of the box (see here: (
https://wiki.mumble.info/wiki/Games)), I don't have the game on my list of plugins, even though I've got the latest version of Mumble. Let's see tomorrow if it still works.

In this week's co-op session... a contest between gentlemen.

That is a thing of such beauty, it brings tears to my eyes. Thanks for posting it, henke! For all the stupidities of GTA V's online mode, when it works it's still one of my favourite multiplayer/coop games by far.
On a different note: next week we're returning to Arma 3, at the usual time. I'll post more information in the dedicated Arma thread some time today.

Wonderful video. I've got shadowplay footage of the same and some more hijinx of that session, but I wanna adjust the audio a bit before putting it up. Malf's speech is peaking much more than the rest, for some reason, so I trying to see if there's some way I could selectively put it at about the same volume as the rest, but I'm getting a bit lost in Vegas 14's interface.

Hmm, I'll see what changes I can make on my end going forward (obviously nothing I can do about audio recorded this past weekend). Is that the same in other games Jesh? And Thirith / henke, am I generally louder than anyone else in game?
henke on 16/1/2018 at 16:00
Reviewing some recent footage, yes, it does seem you're a bit louder.
Malf on 16/1/2018 at 16:26
Reeto, I'll adjust my mic levels :)
