That's actually a city as seen from outside the gates. I don't think Neo can jump the city walls though, so I think someone toggled collision so they could see the inside of an unloaded city ;)

What are those white lines in your screenshot? Is your monitor scratched?
I've never played this game, so I'm wondering: is this supposed to be rain? After reading many threads here, I thought about buying a new 'puter to play O, but such rain?:nono:

I need to get a new monitor, there's this big scratch in it, and whenever I need to take a pic(using my camera), the scratch messes it up.
That's why I don't use a monitor when I play. It's just a crutch.

Acually my collision toggled itself off. Happens rarely but if I fast travel, it fixes itself.

That's a... strange bug. A bit cool, but probably frustrating. And it probably completely kills any sense of immersion, huh?
