Okay, got one for all you math geniuses.....
Yes, I have a horrid night job with nothing to do, and that is why I thought of this....
With: 4 difficulty levels
11 skills, and four levels for each skill
9 augmentaion slots X 2 choices X 4 skill levels each
various other branches (Anna killed/not; Paul killed/not; Jaime stay/go to Hong kong, etc)
My question is: how many different Deus Ex games can you get?
Mind you I'm not asking to see if you get it. Well, I AM, but I want to know, rather thanas a smartass college kid test.
Any one? Any one? You'll have some of the finest homebrewed brown ale named in your honor if you get this (math was never my strong point).

Heh, "lots" is the best I can come up with.
However, lots of the changes you're talking about are so minor they aren't worth considering. As far as I'm concerned, the only major changes are those to the weapon you use most, which can change the game a lot. ie, from Heavy Weapons to Low Tech, etc.

There's a lot more then just that. Quite a few things have different story points. For example, in the first level, shoot the guy at the top you're supposed to take hostage. Or on the second level, skip the Hotel bit. Don't bug that chick in the women's bathroom (no matter how tempted you are). Stuff like that. Granted, they don't impact the game as much as when/if/how you kill Anya, Gunther, and Simons, or whether or not you let Paul and Jock live, but they still make a difference.

It depends how far we're going to go regarding "choices". You could go as far as saying each NPC you meet and how you deal with them is a choice. But lets not.
If we define actual key choices in the game - such as do you kill Anna on the 747 or not - then it should be a little easier. And then there's the whole Augs and Skills situation, which frankly, shouldn't even be considered because of the possibilities.
Sooooo.... regarding actual gameplay choices... ah, forget it, I can't be arsed.
I'll just agree with D'Juhn and say "lots". It's just another reason why we love DE so much :D.
