Well there is no flash suppressor so AR 15 is unlikely and there is what appears to be a distance sight with a hump like an M HOW THE HELL CAN ANY OF YOU TELL FROM SO LITTLE?

Anyway, I remember a high speed chase on North Avenue in atlanta, about a half dozen squad cars were barreling after a ghetto-ed up, junky looking sedan with no wheels and spraying sparks off the road.
