Mod-making could be evidence of an editor for Thief or another current project, or more likely it's put there in case they decide to make a mod kit available for any game at some point in their future.

When any CM is allowed to officially interact with the community under the name "b1skit", there are bigger problems than just the CM.

On the topic of community managers: it should be noted that if you use the same username on other forums (such as TTLG) as the Eidos official forums, and use colourful language about EM moderators or developers, you will now be threatened and possibly banned on the official forums for those outside comments.

I can't see how that's on the topic of community managers at all.

EM's damage control exemplifies the inadequacies. Instead of standing proud on the merits of their "innovation" and respect of the series, they create a fake reality of what is perceived and what is not.. If they truly cared about our awesome community they would not be in defense mode. Dollars above all else. Censoring and banning acknowledges the legitimate complaints.

The moral of the topic title is just, get your paycheck & leave. And don't ever come back.

You can't see how community managers going off on a hardcore power trip is relevant to the topic of community managers? Alrighty then! Thanks for censoring my post, really nice to see TTLG going into the gutter alongside everything else Thief related.
