i stole a helm from a store and ran out being chased by a gaurd. he caught me and i resisted arrest. i then got the ransom off my head but the gaurds in balmora still chase me. they wont let me pay a fine or anything. will the gaurds continue chasing me anytime i walk in balmora? Is there anyway to get them to stop??

you have found a major bug in the game... my nord has the ordinators...telvanni, and imerial guards after him non stop... join the club

If anyone else got this problem you can fix it by going into a shop with a gaurd in it
talk to him and pay the fine. then those rabid gaurds outside should leave you alone
