After noticing some object duplication due to confilcting plug-ins, I removed ALL plug-ins, and 'clean' saved the game. But now, whenever I load this saved game, after 3-4 seconds, 2 voice files automatically play (and they are damn annoying...hit scrams of male). I reinstalled the game, and re-loaded the save WITHOUT any plug-ins, yet the same problem persists. I located these sound files and removed them (from \sound\Vo\w\m\), but the game halts and asks whether to continue the execution. Then I replaced those with null mp3's but still the screaming sound 'shows' on screen as I have kept my subtitles ON. How can I prevent the game from looking for these 2 irrelevant files?? Can someone help me plz?? Thanks.

If you made the save when the plugins were in use, that may be a problem if you remove the plugins and try to use that save. You've tried saving the game again after restoring the save in question (and after the screaming stops)?

The problem is gone! I continued playing, saving, loading and at one point, I observed the screams are no more!! This weirdo problem disappeared just as incomprehensibly as it appeared in the first place...anyways, I hope the game runs fine now and nothing is broken. Thanks for suggestions and help guys.

Actually I should have found at least ONE as the screams were clearly of the same man. Then again, he ought to have some ethereal presence ALL over Vvardenfell as his screams could be heard anywhere...be it Balmora, Vicec, Caldera...and so on! But no more now. Guess Azura took care of that Bandit finally, whomsoever it was! :)
