Click the "Show only unavailable FMs" button on the top bar (red page with an X). That'll show FMs that are in the database but it can't actually find them on disk.

Your filters are set to Thief 1 and Thief 3. So Thief 2 FMs are hidden, except for Old Gods which I assume must be highlighted as recent? (It's selected so I can't see its row background color, and I can't see your Show Recent At Top filter button either).
The fact recent FMs are not filtered out per game seems like a bug to me, I can fix that one, but yeah.
You know what's probably happening actually, now that I think about it, and the fact you said the files just stopped showing one day: You probably downloaded Godbreaker recently, right? And you probably have "Show recent FMs at the top of list" enabled, and so Godbreaker was showing even though it was supposed to be filtered out, due to the bug above. But then 15 days expired and the FM was no longer considered recent, so now it's filtered out (as it should always have been, given your game filter buttons there). That's my guess.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
It looks like you're right. All I had to do was click on the "clear filters" icon and everything is back.
I think I was looking too deeply and assuming 7zip files were being seen but not zip files. It was just coincidence that they were the most recent.

A short message to say that, while deleting some completed missions, Malwarebytes popped up saying "program blocked as ransomware".
It had quarantined both the angelloader.exe and desktop shortcut files. I've since restored both files and added them to the allowed list.
I use angelloader umpteen times a day / week and this a first. I thought it worth mentioning in case anyone else encounters it.
Can Malwarebytes be informed that angelloader has come up as a false positive?

Sending files to the recycle bin (not even a hard delete!) = ransomware now
That's like... that's not even in the same CATEGORY as ransomware. Ransomware what, encrypts your drive and asks you for money to unencrypt it?
Saying sending files to the recycle bin is ransomware is like saying eating cheese is building a house.
This is where AV is at, people!

It's the random nature of the alerts that get me.
As I mentioned, I use angelloader all the time and have done for a while so I can't get my head around why it would flag it at all, let alone as ransomeware.
If it ever happens again (which it shouldn't as I've added the files to the exception list), I'll grab a screenshot.

AngelLoader v1.11.0 is out.
Linux users rejoice, because this release contains a whole boatload of Wine/Proton fixes. I may be a grumpy old Windows holdout, but that's no reason to make the rest of you suffer for it. :p
Just to say it again at the top,
for the best Linux experience, some simple tweaks are required. Read the instructions
(https://github.com/FenPhoenix/AngelLoader/blob/master/README.md#running-on-linux) here.
General:* Updated audio conversion options for NewDark 1.28 to address its new format support and its fixing of the 16-bit bug.
* Audio files will no longer be backed up or restored for differential backups. This ensures converted audio files won't waste space in the backup file, nor overwrite files of other formats on install.
Fixes when running on Linux via Wine or Proton:* For the best experience on Linux, some tweaks to your prefix are required. Added instructions to the readme about how to set them up. Read the instructions here: (
https://github.com/FenPhoenix/AngelLoader/blob/master/README.md#running-on-linux)
* Fixed rtf readmes would still have a bright background in dark mode.
* Fixed readme selection dropdown would close before you had time to select an item.
* Fixed pin icons in front of pinned FM titles showed up as unknown character glyphs.
* Fixed scroll bars were not always themed properly in dark mode.
* Fixed DateTimePickers were not themed properly in dark mode.
* Fixed progress bars were not themed properly in dark mode.
* Fixed several visual and layout glitches.
* Added missing character encodings on Wine, which fixes a crash on clicking the character encoding button.
Fixes:* Recent FMs were always being displayed in the list even when they should have been filtered out. This caused at least one user confusion when several FMs seemed to disappear from the list (the "recent" time period expired).

We appreciate your efforts. Just out of curiosity, why are you a grumpy old Windows holdout?
