I didn't manually install any FMs, I just created new projects. =P I use a version numbering scheme like 1.2a, or 2.0c with all my FM projects. FMSel has always handled this just fine.
Right, I can probably handle it to a good enough extent, it's just "not officially the supported way", so I don't want to encourage people in general to do it necessarily. Cause it could happen that someone might try to run a technically-invalidly-named FM and maybe NewDark won't run it right or something, and since we don't have the ND source code, I may not really know why, and blah.

Also, does the "uninstall FM" button delete FM folders without a prompt? This could be potentially dangerous if someone mis-clicks, or doesn't read a prompt, as it could permanently delete an FM in progress.
It does prompt you for confirmation if there's no archive. But you're right that I should probably just prompt all the time.

I might suggest an option to remove/disable the uninstall button. You also might consider moving the uninstall button further away from the play button. It honestly gives me anxiety just looking at it.

Noted for the next version.
Note also, you currently won't be able to play that Shadow Business FM or any other FM that has spaces in its installed folder (that's fixed for the next version). As a temporary workaround, you can disable mods for that FM, and then it will use the stub which does support space-containing folder names.
I've added an option to be prompted before uninstalling, I've made the dialog button text more explicit, and I've moved the Install/Uninstall button to the right one notch, so now it's to the right of "Play original game...".
I'm going to go through the code and see if there are any other places where it's expecting a processed FM dir.

Is "Open mission in DromEd" missing?

It's supposed to be available in the right-click context menu if you have DromEd installed. I don't so don't see it, but are you saying you do and it still doesn't appear there?

a minor thing Fen,
the 'Last Played' column is not working right for me, it divides missions by the day I played them, but not the order within that day,
so I don't find the last one I played right at the top. it's using a reversed alphabetical order. version 1.0.7
