Here's an extensive list of the best mods for MW. There's a lot of different stuff in there, so I suggest you read through it. I'd be surprised if you didn't find at least a few mods you really enjoy. Quests, game balance improvements, companions, houses, items, typo fixes, visual improvements, NPC schedules, poison brewing, etc... those mods are usually well balanced (no over-powered weapons, etc) because most players want to keep the game as balanced as possible.

Anyone got a working link to NPC Replace 3.5? The one there appears broken.

Thanks for not posting that on my thread, where I asked for it! Oh well, I guess it's for the best.
I'm using Better Heads instead of NPC Replace, because I figure it should work well with the Better Bodies mod. I had NPC Replace once before (it may have been an old version) and it did a terrible job, all in all. It would go so far as to give Dark Elves Nord haircuts, which made them look... bad.
I'm looking for Morrowind Visual Pack 2.11, if anyone knows where I can find it. Khalazza's link is broken on the site.
