I would be. The Thief 4 logo should clearly look as close as possible to the previous games' logos to draw attention from the people who are aware of the series, when printed on the box. The current Thi4f logo does that job better.

Digi, what if you combined the traditional Thief "zorro" font with the stained-glass theme you have going, and tint it blue instead of yellow/orange?

How'd this concept be for a Thief4 logo?
The logo from Thief TDP with a grayed number 4 in the E? or take the E and flatten the back of it as in TDS, but extend the shape of a 4 behind it.
If one looks at TDS's logo, the E stands in for a 3 as well
